4. The Brand Strategy

Once the research is completed, it is possible to develop a meaningful brand strategy that includes a mission statement, positioning, brand personality, brand identity and a long-term marketing communications plan. A brand strategy is a blueprint that helps guide all decisions regarding the Brand.

A good strategy will reduce waste in the longterm because the right message will be conveyed in all communication and it will help define a logo that will last a minimum of 15 years.
